Communal Forces at bay!!

This has been the regular say of the political parties to gain vote. I do not support one and neither do I oppose the other but all of them have without exception used this at some point or other to gain that extra mileage.
And when it didn’t work in their favor, they used it to slander the others and gain those brownie points they would have easily missed.
I was reading newspaper this morning (please see I do not intent to propel any communal disharmony) and a not very honorable party leader who has always exploited the “minority” for his own gains termed the other so called “hindutva” party as communal.
Now here I have a question to ask; when you work for the Muslims, you are being secular, then why is working for Hindus termed as communal?
Where does the talk of secularism go when people are provided reservations in almost every good thing that can happen to an Indian? Where does secularism go when reservations and hostels and special educational facilities are promised not for the ones who really need it but for the “other classes?”
The truth my dear friends is not that we want secularism in this country; it is that we are smart enough to know which community will churn out the maximum votes.
And the pity is that we fall for them. We fight our own brethren for things they never even did.
We mercilessly slaughter them in name of religion and caste and believe me every time you or they cry, it is us who feel the pain, and they sitting there, have already got what they needed.
Divide and rule was not used by the British alone, it is being used blatantly even today by our own leaders but I don’t know why we fail to recognize that.
They have to an extent divided us and we the foolhardy ones, we blindly follow them.
It’s a wakeup call; now or never is what we have as option.
Lets all unite and know the truth and for once lets not go and vote for our religion or party or our favorite candidate. Lets choose the candidate who has worked and we are sure will work for us and this nation.
