Justice for ALL

This is going to be really cynical but on your face..

That Tamil Nadu Govt. is almost done with the decision of acquitting the perpetrators of Rajiv Gandhi murder or assassination( Santhan, Murugan and Perarivalan)  as we call it, I do not actually see anything wrong with it.

Ok, there is the political mileage angle to it but again, what's wrong with that, it is nothing new and has been there always.

Be it the regular murder (and not assassination) of the common man or the riots (esp the brutal massacre of 1984) there has always been a political angle.

The state has always asked people to be patient and let the justice take its course. Justice delayed is Justice denied, has nowhere featured when the matter concerned the mango people (point to be noted my lord, MANGO PEOPLE).

Then why does a former PM has to be any different. He was a PM but as is always emphasised, he was a people's man; someone just like us right.

Mr Gandhi Junior, please see it as a step forward, look on the brighter side; when the common man does not get justice and you are a commoner too, what better should you expect.

The tables have, maybe for better turned. The tree shook the earth around in 1984, the earth just had tremors which the tree now felt.

(Confused Genius does not intend to take any sides. Justice denied is always wrong, the point made is that it pains the commoner as much when they lose their loved one; the Government should start understanding that too. )

Sorry.. But Why

My Plant Manager says usually that lets for once and all reduce subjectivity to the very least. Today on reading the newspaper, I thought maybe AAP should heed to it to.
Staging a dharna because a minister alleged that Mr Jaitley and some one else from BJP had tried to buy them into splitting the Delhi Government. I am amazed and equally confused; is this how we function? Is this the standard we were expecting from such a promising leadership.
Is this protest anything more than a waste of time ?
I don't know about you but I was expecting a better and more responsible leadership. Believe me but I feel that Delhi must be repenting the loss of Ms Sheila Dikshit now.

Suddenly, there are reasons for everything, the book of proofs is lost, but there is a list of corrupt people based on what, only AAP and not even God knows.

Even if there is a failure to deliver, it can be pardoned but then giving the same excuses as those of the now ousted party; Claps for you sir!

There is a poet challenging leaders and thinks the audience is going to clap. Sir, this is not the college crowd that paid to hear you. This is different. The poems do not work here.

Where have the claims gone ? Where are the proofs ? Being an alumni of esteemed college, have you forgotten the basic fundas of functioning ?

Sadly, the way you people are behaving, this is closing all the doors flat on the face of any good person who could have made a difference.

The Junta is not going to forgive you for stealing their dream and squashing it.

Also, remember:
It is always easy to blame, but to get in and work, its a different ball game all together.

(Confused Genius knows that she is also playing the blame game alone, but then she hasn't made any tall claims too. All she intends to do is refrain from being an empty vessel what certainly Delhi government has become. )

The Fear..

Writing after quiet a long "writer's block". I had been on a vacation and was just being observant, sometimes closing my eyes to the world too to experience the oblivion. But then, the world doesn't leave you, does it ?

AAP, the bomb went off with a simple "phuss"; the CM is talking of ousting the politicians, little realising that he is one too, claims are being fulfilled negatively (the contrary is happening I mean) and then there are talks of political anarchy that have even touched something as sacred as the President's office.
The Vice President of an esteemed ( read degraded) party has made a mockery of himself and we the audience are enjoying the jokes.
Not to forget that Hasiba girl who is preaching about " kattar soch nahi yuva josh" , little realising that the party she supports was the first to instigate communal riots.

With all this said and done, what intrigues me the most is the mass that still believes in hearsay and defies the written proof.
The commission report has been made to meet the needs of the ruling government but what the other person said is true (TIC). Proofs have no value infront of said word, I wish that was true when truth itself was spoken.

That AAP took a stand is still a big measure to vote for it, overlooking the fact that it is failing to deliver.

That BJP is a communal party because it has the guts to stand for Hindus and against caste based reservation.

That speaking up for the minorities is not communal. That 1984 riots were different from 2002. That Supreme Court is a blot in the name of Justice because people say so.

When, I write this,  I fear not the Government, I fear not the leader, I fear the fellowmen, I fear the fickle minded us who believe just what they want to believe and not the truth, I fear the opinions that just form without any grounds.

Dear NaMo, the biggest threat to you is not the opponent, the biggest threat to you is US, the ones whom you have worked for.

(Confused Genius wants you to just have a ground for your opinion. Do not just feel because you feel so)
